About the hotel
Situated just across the street from San Lorenzo beach, in the heart of Gijón, the hotel offers an ideal setting fro a relaxing, sun-filled escape.
The beach promenade, of more than 5 km in length, takes you from San Pedro church, located in the centre, to the La Ñora beach, found on the border with Villaviciosa Town.
In the summer, take a dip in our outdoor swimming pool while you enjoy the view of the sea and the park. Besides, you get a nice suntan under the sun of Gijón.
After a long day you can enjoy the calming waters of the Abba Playa Gijón, fully equipped with a jacuzzi, Turkish bath, sauna and fitness centre.

For your wedding events, we offer you an excellent service, exquisite menus including the best seafood of the region and our traditional cuisine. Also, we guarantee the most wonderful views of the city. Our "Salón al Mar" offers nice views over our monument called "Elogio del Horizonte" by Chillida.
From the 21st July until the 30th August, children between 3 and 8 years old can enjoy a complete leisure programme in our Abby Club including arts & crafts workshops, didactic games and outdoor activities. All the activities are free and available over the afternoon only.
